If you're experiencing low mood, depression, and anxiety BounceBack can help. Through BounceBack adults and youth 15+ learn skills to help manage worry and anxiety, combat unhelpful thinking, and become more active and assertive.

Two forms of help are offered:

1) Telephone Coaching and Workbooks: Visit: bouncebackontario.ca to sign yourself up; alternatively, you can be referred by your primary care provider.

2) BounceBack Today Online Videos. No sign up referral is necessary. You can start watching our online video series today! Visit: bouncebackvideo.ca and enter access code: bbtodayon
