Founded in 1997 by Keith Barrett and Christine Rondeau, the organization established a foster care network of families to support the local Children's Aid Societies and other placement agencies throughout Ontario. Over the last 10 years our programs have evolved to include adult residential and day services, complex medical care and supported living programs.
