Nova Mental Health
Program/Service of : Tourette Canada
Nova Mental Health provides therapy to children, youth, adults, and their families to manage the mental health issues interfering with the quality of their lives.

Nova Mental Health provides treatment for anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, behavioural concerns, tics / Tourette, addiction, and a range of other issues. We offer flexible appointment times, virtual appointments, and some limited in-person sessions at our beautiful location at Lonsdale Quay.

Therapists use techniques and approaches from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Exposure & Response Prevention, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). Although the focus is on evidence-based approaches, therapy is individualized to meet each person's unique needs.
