On Track - Champlain District Regional First Episode Program
Sees individuals aged 16-65 experiencing their first symptoms of psychosis. On Track offers screening and /or assessment for psychotic disorders by a multidisciplinary team. Education, support and outpatient care are also offered for both patient and family for a one-to three-year period depending on the individual, and on the needs of the family. The Clinic is a program of the Ottawa Hospital, and runs out of the Bank Street Professional Building.
