Help reducing the harm associated with addictions.

We provide confidential and supportive counselling services for individuals, families and children/ adolescents seeking help for addictions (including problem gambling), mental health issues, or concurrent disorders. These services are open to anyone living in the City of Ottawa, and service users of the SHCHC. Satellite offices in Ottawa East, South and West are also available.
