We are a mid-town Toronto mental health clinic with an exceptional team of Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers and Registered Psychotherapists. Our therapists specialize in treating anxiety, depression, substance abuse, OCD, eating disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions and relationship challenges. Individual, couple/relationship, family and group therapy is provided in-person and virtually to residents of Ontario and a number of other Canadian provinces and territories.
