Circle of Care
The mission of Circle of Care is to support individual independence and quality of life in the community. Through a broad range of health and home support service options we can assist in improving well-being, independence and quality of life for people living in their own homes.

Services include: Personal Support Services; Homemaking Services; Specialized Alzheimer and Mental Health Care; Caregiver Support/Respite Care; Palliative Care Support; Individual and Group Counselling; Meals on Wheels; Day Centre for Senior’s with Dementia; and Senior’s Transportation.

Circle of Care is a community-based, non-profit, registered charity that has been serving Toronto and area residents since 1974. Over 630 staff and more than 350 volunteers are available to provide care in your home. Circle of Care provides care to multiple communities, ethnic and religious groups in more than 24 different languages.
