I am a psychotherapist registered social worker and marriage and family therapist.  I provide psychological services to individuals, couples, and families.
 
I have a Masters of Science degree from the University of Guelph, an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy accredited program and a Specialized Honours degree from York University.  My post-graduate training includes:  Cognitive-Behavioural (CBT) Certification, Intensive Sex Theapy, children and adolescents mental health, Custody Evaluation and trauma treatment.
 
With over 20 years clinical experience, I have worked with many individuals, couples, adolescents and children experiencing a range of challenges.  I practice from a systemic framework using narrative, solution-focused and evidence-based practices of therapy such as CBT and emotion-focused couples counselling.
 
I provide a safe, neutral setting to help clients explore often very painful or distressing issues in a contained, constructive manner.  Together, we build on existing strengths and skills and utilize tools and resources to help make positive changes.
