The ChamplainHealthLine.ca is a website form the Champlain Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) which helps residents in the Champlain region better navigate the health care system.
The portal provides information by topic, including healthy aging, chronic disease management, women's health, mental illness, end of life and others. It gives up-to-date information about accessing services both in the home and community. It provides access to community resources such as community support agencies, long-term care homes, support groups, French language services, and Aboriginal services.
The website serves the entire Champlain region, including Renfrew County; Ottawa; the Eastern Counties; North Lanark and North Grenville.
Information and Referral is also available by telephone; 310-CCAC/310-2222 (French: 310-CASC/310-2272). Service is provided by bilingual information-and-referral agents from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
