This survey is designed to provide a quick assessment of whether you might have ADHD. However, no test is 100% accurate. No matter what your score is, you should seek help from a health professional if you have any concerns about yourself or your loved ones.

The questionnaire used here is the Adult ADHD Self-Report (ASRS) 6-question screener scale. It is mainly used in adults, however some research suggests it may be valid for screening adolescents as well. Thank you Dr. Kessler and your team for creating this tool and making it freely available!
